I enjoy working with teams and owners during the emotional time of selling a practice. Being able to be the point of contact for all integration items and navigate their onboarding to help ease the transition to Mariner is rewarding.

Experience and Education

Wesley is a director on the corporate development & strategy team, carefully navigating all acquisitions through the onboarding and integration process. She also helps lead the sales and execution process for all tax acquisitions at the firm.

Prior to her current role, Wesley was a manager, business operations in the New York City office, where she handled client onboarding paperwork and assisted with cashiering and trading. Before that, she was an associate on the operations team responsible for training onboarded advisors. She also developed learning materials and worked to maintain custodial relationships with Fidelity and Schwab.

Wesley has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi.
