Experience and Education
Tracy partners with leaders across the firm to bring in wealth advisors who align with Mariner’s growth strategy. She manages the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring advisors experience a seamless transition into the firm. Tracy also cultivates relationships within the industry to build strong networks and a sustainable pipeline of advisor talent for both immediate opportunities and future expansion.
Prior to joining Mariner, Tracy served as a campus recruiter at BKD, LLP (now Forvis Mazars, LLP), where she managed college recruiting across multiple campuses and built relationships to strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline. Prior to that, she was a tax supervisor at BKD, LLP.
Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a major in accounting and a minor in French, from the University of Central Missouri.
