Experience and Education
As part of Mariner’s talent team, Laura focuses on connecting top-tier advisors with Mariner. A trusted recruiting professional with deep insight into the financial services landscape, she brings a strategic, advisor-first approach to every conversation, prioritizing what matters most: culture, client experience, independence and opportunity.
Prior to joining Mariner, Laura worked in talent acquisition for LPL Financial. Previously, she worked for Mutual of Omaha and Thrivent.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Away from the office, Laura lives an active lifestyle just outside of Dallas, Texas, with her two children and two dogs. She enjoys cooking for her family and spending quality time with them.
