I love connecting with advisors and learning about their passion for helping others. As an advisor, the impact you carry on your clients’ lives is so special and I love being able to be a part of that journey. Mariner is a home to so many advisors, and I truly believe in what our firm has to offer both advisors and their clients.
Experience and education
Prior to joining Mariner, Kayley was a senior recruiter with Wheeler Staffing Partners, where she partnered with Mariner for talent acquisition efforts. Before that, she worked at Fidelity as a customer relationship advocate and provided dedicated support to Fidelity clients and their accounts. She then advanced into a senior recruiter role, focusing on the recruitment and placement of senior wealth advisors.
Kayley has a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Away from the office, Kayley enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys, spending time with her dog and two cats and traveling.
